Post-Scarcity and helping newGODS not die 500 blocks from spawn, designing structures around the flow of nature and terrain (Geomancy/Feng-Shui)

I wish to relocate spawn entirely, to the location in the screenshot. I'd like to design it as a central Nexus. It will have a multitude of farms, trade hubs, transportation and portals.

Regarding the design, it will have water elevators, slime/bee boots and elytras in mind. Think of a multi-layered waterfall. No ladders or stairs, since that is slow as fuck.

The old spawn will be reverted, nuked and turned into a thunderdome for duels and other events.

What I'll do: With the soycraft map website down (hopefully for good), the server now has a future as a neo-tranarchy server. Griefers can no longer datamine the website for your coords, so you are safe unless they want to go look for you. Spawn is nice to look at, and i'd like to see it stay that way, but i'm done with the faction cucking. I'm sure a lot of you feel the same way. Griefs and deaths should not be reverted for no reason, and jannies should be more limited on what they are allowed to do on the server. In my opinion, janitorial action is only needed when there are people duping/hacking (and of course if there are technical problems with the server, but those all get solved by quote anyway).
In terms of building projects or contributing to the soycraft economy, there's not much I can do since being reverted to primitive gear by nigger Wind. but if you aren't a total faggot i'll help you out with whatever you need.

Anyways, i'm not interested in doing a total 180 with the server, but I don't like the direction its going in. We need to move towards an environment of less rulecucking, so there's more of a race to make gemmy builds.

My Thoughts/philosophy's
The Slimefun Revolution and its consequences have been a disaster for the Soycraft server. They have greatly increased the power of those of us who live in “advanced” factions, but they have destabilized soyciety, have made minecraft unfulfilling, have subjected players to grinding endlessly, and have discouraged new players from playing.

Slimefun gives players too much to lose, it boils combat down to whoever stayed up grinding the longest, and it creates a very large power inequality between old and new players

I believe that the beginning weeks of soycraft 2, were some of the gemmiest. In that time, the server functioned more akin to a neo-anarchy server, than a true factions server. Bases were griefed at random, and nothing was rolled back. Sure, it was frustrating at times, but it wasn't stale.

Now we have protection 9 gorillion armor, unfindable cuck bunkers 500,000 blocks out, and new players will have to learn and grind complex minecraft plugins, just to be able to compete.

Hacking, and duping, and general exploits should remain banned. Players shouldn't be banned for being annoying faggots, but you should be able to take matters into your own hands instead of crying for mist to change your diaper.

Finally, spawn is in a good state as of now, It should remain as it is, with only trusted players being able to interact and build in the spawn area

This is literally just a skill issue. You can waterlog your chests, and there's nothing they can do on this server because they disabled wither griefing. Otherwise you can create backpacks and store items in them, and store those backpacks inside of shulker boxes.

Many factions are already 50k+ out. There's zero benefit to setting the world border to 50-100k. If done in the end, It would limit the amount of elytras available in the game and encourage hoarding. If not done in the end, people will just make their bases in the end instead.
It will also make the game more grindy, as people will have to make walls for their bases and grind for backup materials in case they are griefed.

No amount of "reparations" would make up for the benefit the items in these plugins gave.
A shulker box full of enchanted golden apples will never protect all of my gear upon death.
A stack of netherite blocks will never reduce my fall damage.
Dozens, if not hundreds of hours were spent on gaining an advantage in pvp. Resetting this would put you on the same level as everyone else, and no amount of items are going to make up for that. Time was spent on that for a specific purpose when we could have been building massive farms for other resources, and spawning in entire structures as reparations doesn't sit right with me. It's supposed to be an accomplishment.
