So, what if you ever have to commit a crime of some sort, like robbing a grocery store for cahs or something, you in addition to putting on a balaclava or some facemask, also cover up rest of your body, including putting on gloves, and areas of skin visible through balaklava holes you apply makeup for blak kweens on. So if a cashier, or security camera at a right angle gets a good hard look at you, they would alter report the robber being blak, or arab for yuroppors. Here I made up a little image that gets the point across. Also there are contact lesnses that darken your iris, so if you have brown eyes already, you can take it to black, like most arabs have.
