no, a majority of trans male to female (statistically less than female to male btw) don't chop it off, some do but honestly it doesn't really matter what others do in that regard.
Some people put more effort into looking fem than others, who do not have the money or have such a male frame that it's not even worth it at that point.
this is why people want to start young, the older you get the more your body is developed and when your bodies gender does not match up with your the gender of your brain you have a higher chance of depression and acking though
