this'll be a 3 part series on stuff such as trannies in the 'sphere, pornposting and goreposting and other things i think deserve a megathread like this.
suggest things that'd make for a good covering and i might include it on my list of things to do a deepdive into.

while on paper this sounds good; deterring pornposters and allowing the baiters who make geggy bait (i.e: goarmy) this comes with it's own flaws, as often more than not it attracts a userbase full of degenerates who are into gore (i.e: necrophile faggot on /qa/ that'd post about their love for gore and ddlc)
again, what are you trying to control if not only the parts you dislike; just look at the 'ru and how goreposting does jackshit to them! they're used to that and are mostly trannies or faggots that desire nothing more than to turn the 'ru into a 'cord server.
if you wanted to make the userbase be gemmy, do gemmy things and ban those who you know are undesirable (like trannies, pedoniggers and anyone who posts brimstone), fight back against any attempts of a hostile takeover and try to be as gemmy as you possibly can
