Disambiguation: This is about the Kolyma Network Corporation (KolymaNET for short), we will be refering to them as KNC as to not get confused with Kolyma Krai (the place in which KNC was named). KNC was an American, claimed to be Russian, technology and webhosting company made by the son (who went by Kuz, short for Yuri Kuznetsov (the John Smith of Russia)) of a Belarusian American (who owns a telecommunications company). A lot of KNC was LARP (Live Action RolePlay), and it was created some time in 2019. They claimed to have a security service (kind of like CIA or Mossad) called the NSS (Network Security Service) although the NSS only had 1 successful operation (against akima) that took place in it's short life. KNC owned many websites during it's lifetime, some of the most notable ones being: Heyuri, an English and Japanese language image board based on early 2000s 4chan (so it's just coal) G3, a collection of 3 shocksites: Gurochan Loli3 Gorechan not much is needed to be known about either 3, as they bear no significance to the story. VidLii, an anti-censorship video sharing platform based on late 2000s youtube. Kereste, a Turkish language imageboard made for incels, kind of like a Turkish soyjak.party. Fuuka Ayase, a webhosting platform, allowed people to create their own domains, although to my knowledge the only people who used it were friends of the owner. Soyjak.Party, an English language imageboard that splintered off of 4chan's /qa/, it revolves around the posting of soyjaks. Devyach (9channel), claimed to be started in 2005 (which is a LIE), it's heavily inspired upon the real russian imageboard known as 2ch.ru or (dvach). In reality it was made in like 2020. More on Dvach: 2ch.ru was the third or second most popular imageboard of it's time, 4chan and (maybe Futaba) being above it. It was made in 2006 (that's why Kuz claimed his shitty ripoff was made in 2005), and then died in 2009. Then they made 2ch.hk (now 2ch.org), also known as dvach, in 2009 which still exists today. Nothing much to say about it outside of that, just another shitty 4chan clone. The two highest ranking KNC individuals were Kuz (the owner) and Kaguya (Went under many roles, but was practically the co-owner). KNC would shutdown in 2023, most likely due to lack of money. But would return in 2024 as a redirect to "susukino.com", a cryptocurrency that claims to support the "largest anonymous free speech platforms" or in other words, a nothingburger. All KNC domains except for kolyma.net and njournal.net would be stolen in 2025, by some guy too irrelevant to name. Kuz (the owner of KNC) claimed it was created in 2005, however we know this cannot be true as an actual Kolyma Krai Network did exist, and it was used for reporting news that was happening in Kolyma Krai (mainly the town of Kolyma in Kolyma Krai), he bought a bunch of old accounts to "prove it existed" such as this twitter account: https://xcancel.com/KolymaNSS which was made in October 2009. This is important because Kuz claimed to own something called the "Yuriy-Kuznetsov Trust" made in his own psuedonym. There's nothing much to note about this however as it did nothing at all. The KNC had some interesting political views, which seemingly don't make sense. They claim to be a "Russian-owned Northern Cyprus-based organization", which means they believe the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus is a country, although the only country that sees them as such is Turkey (not even "Northern Cyprus" sees itself as a country). They're also vehementally anti-US and anti-ukraine, which at first seems random but will make sense later. Important people amongst the KNC (I will be using tags as not all of the full names are known): Kuz - He led it in name Kaguya - He ACTUALLY led it and managed a lot Copypaste - Finance manager and vichan developer Yuka - Nobody knows what he does, but he had a high role G*th - Imageboard CSAM spammer (seriously, that's what she's known for, KNC was WEIRD) Koishi - Kereste manager, also my personal favorite, seems to be the only non-pedophillic one in this list The NSS had a subdivision named the KGD (Kolyma Gangstalking Division) (get it, it sounds like the KGB? More on that later though) which had a special role, their main job was to surveil "public enemies" (people who made Kuz's clitty leak). Kolsyetmol (or "Колсетмол", the name coming from "Колымская Сеть Молодёжи" which means "Kolyma Youth Network"), short for the Kolsyetmol Engineers Committee was a youth grooming program which was made to help indoctrinate people into slavery through "Kompromat" (YES THIS IS REAL), although it was advertised as a certificate program which would help youths get a career. It had some nice perks, but nothing notable. Kompromat is a common leverage used amongst the KNC elite (and irl Russian Elite too), it's a Russian term that refers to "compromising material" often used to discredit people or for blackmailing purposes. This was used in Kolsyetmol aswell as other areas, most notably there were plans to have Copypaste work under kompromat (KNC was broke). The reason for KNC's political allignment is most likely due to an idolisation of Joseph Stalin from Kuz, aswell as Kaguya being a Turkish national. This love for Stalin is shown in their emblem: https://soyjakwiki.org/Kolyma_Network#/media/File:Carter_larp_seal.png, which is literally a ripoff of the Stalin one. But why name it after Kolyma Krai? Under Stalin's leadership, Kolyma Krai was one of the most brutal places in the world, it contained many labor camps in which were structured around the collection of gold. According to Ayyub Baghirov: "The terrible heat, the lack of fresh air, the unbearable overcrowded conditions all exhausted us. We were all half starved. Some of the elderly prisoners, who had become so weak and emaciated, died along the way. Their corpses were left abandoned alongside the railroad tracks." Considering Kuz's open admission to child slavery (AND CHILD SEX SLAVERY (he trafficked filipina girls in their mid to late teens for his own sexual pleasure)), it's unsurprising that he's drawn to Kolyma Krai for it's history in slavery (despite never going to Kolyma Krai himself, not even on a trip.)
