The commercialization of porn should be banned. Banning porn distribution and especially ownership is a detriment to liberty. Both are obviously bad things and their absence would be an ultimate good, but enforcing laws to achieve it requires encroachment on unalienable rights such as privacy (sovereignty over one's life) and free speech. In order to control what information people have stored on their hard drives or communicate over the internet, you must have a mechanism by which to surveil and inhibit them.
Banning commercialization does not do these things, it only makes it difficult to economically profit and fund porn. That means an industry that's bigger than the NFL, NBA, and MLB combined stops funneling money out of the useful economy and into porn overnight.
It's similar to prostitution. Whores still exist and may even ask for money in their own privacy, but it prevents companies from forming around it and therefore public advertising and wider degeneration of the taboo surrounding it.
Additionally any ambiguous law encroaching free speech tends to be used by the word of the law and not the spirit. Take DMCA for example (ev&doe the spirit of that was arguably to encroach on liberty in the first place)

I am not even a free speech absolutist. I think the first amendment explicitly limits only congress in abridging freedom of speech so that states my do so. If free speech could not be abridged at all, the law could be used nefariously to do such things as showing porn or gore to children or shouting fire in a theater. Notice how by using the term "abridged", congress may make laws expanding freedom of speech if states encroach on liberty. And this is alongside the fact that state governments are much easier to overthrow by their citizens.
Your government is retarded and refuses to interpret it like this btw

Porn is the only thing preventing the incel revolution. That's why they'll never ban it. It's the ultimate bread and circuses

If you go a month without porn and gooning you'll feel the lack of pussy. Porn makes your brain think you have a harem. If normies lost their digital harem they would cimp out and start raping people
