First off it is not keyed nor Christpilled, because adultery and fornication are sins that are consistently listed in the bible.
Second reason is that it is completely impractical. Even if you are not a ChristcuckARYAN, the whole point of sex is emotional connection and reproduction. Having multiple partners implies that you have to share your capacity between emotional connection and raising children, which basically results in your offspring behaving like niggers
