Since you know English, you do not really have to worry about a practical choice for a language. If I wanted to learn a second language, I would choose Welsh or Hungarian or German because I have ancestry from those parts of the world. I probably choose Welsh just because it has so few speakers left and I would be apart of making sure it continues to exist in the future. I would not choose a language that is known by a hostile minority group that lives in your country. For me, that would be Spanish, since it would make it easier for spics to live here if more people knew their language, so no white person here should learn the language. For you, that would be Arabic or Hindi, please do not learn those languages. I would avoid Chinese too. A dead language like Latin or Classical Greek can also be very helpful for furthering your understanding of English and will allow you to better understand old texts originally written in those languages. Hebrew is an interesting choice, since it will allow you to better understand the Jewish mind, but I would not recommend it unless you are really interested in talking to Jews on a personal level.
So basically, choose Latin, Classical Greek, or some language you have an ancestral connection too. Do not worry about practicality, you already know English. Do not learn Arabic/Hindi/another language known by a hostile minority in your country.
