How do you know you are 10% Celtic? The Irish are about 10% Celtic on average, so you are saying are as Celtic and the Irish?

Okay but if you are only 10% of those ethnicities, then you are not 10% Celtic
The people of the British Isles are majority Neolithic European
Celtic is a sub category of the Aryans, originating somewhere close to the Alps
When the Celts invaded the British Isles, they did not genocide the existing Neolithic Population, they lorded over them and eventually became apart of the same genome.
The Irish only have 10% ancestry from the invading Celts
The English only have 15% ancestry form the invading Celts
Not sure about the Welsh and Scottish, Bretons being part Gallic and having two distinct gene pools, one in the northwest and one in the southeast, complicates things a lot too.
But you are probably only like 3% Celtic.

Well to elaborate, Celtic culture was like the first superculture of Europe. It combined a lot of different people under the same cultural groundwork, from Iberia/Hibernia to as far as Anatolia and debatably further than that. It was very similar to role that Latin culture played, a lot of people in the Roman Empire spoke Latin and worshipped the Roman Gods but they did not all share that much Roman ancestry and still had very distinct cultures despite their Latin roots. In fact it was the Latin super culture that replaced the Celtic one.

Not all continental blood is Celtic, in fact not all Continental blood is Aryan either.

And by "Continental" I meant the gauls of iron-age France. The vast majority of their ancestry derives from the la-tene culture
