>>2400799Yeah I'm a Mexican Mulatto myself, but my family has a lot of history in the US.
The relationship between Jews and Black Americans have always been very rocky and complicated, but I'll try to simplify it. In the early 1900s when both Black Southerners and Ashkenazis started settling in New York, a lot people from both sides started to sympathize with eachother (mainly due to the comparisons between Jewish slaves in the bible and the slavery of Black Americans). However, many Jewish European immigrants and especially Southern Jews were openly racist to Black people. Plus in places like New York and Chicago, Jews were often landlords or shopkeepers in Black neighborhoods. So as a result, Blacks started feeling like Jews were just exploiting and profiting off them.
Things really started to deteriorate during the mid and late 1960s during the rise of Nation of Islam and the Black Power movement, as well as Jews gaining more wealth and influence. In addition, both the ADL and the Israeli government were in favor of keeping Apartheid in South Africa during the 1970s.
That's only the tip of the iceberg btw
