️On 29 March, «СЕТЬПЛАН» ordered for an expansion of the available channels and methods of communication to the public. The order states that «СЕТЬПЛАН» (Network Planning Committee) must allocate resources to informing the public on regular updates regarding KolymaNET's activities, via easily accessible means.

️Starting on 2 April, a new external system will be use to increase the effectiveness of all restrictions and bans. The system will be put on a trial period to ensure effectiveness and safeness, then will be applied.

On 12 April, KolymaNET began an investigation into a source code leak, which affected Kaptcha. The leak was caused by the hacking of «Vidlii», the video website service which KolymaNET once hosted and provided anti-spam services for. Criminals used illegally obtained source code to attack KolymaNET.

On 15 April, the Federal Police of Brazil made an arrest in the case of a user of KolymaNET services who uploaded illegal abuse imagery. The user, who used a VPN, was captured with the help of the new external system which was created on 2 April.

On 17 April, KolymaNET received a special request from «Volusia Sheriff's Office - Special Investigations Section» and «FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force» for information on a user of «Soyjak.party» who posted an illegal threat against an American law enforcement official. The request was forwarded to the Network Security Service, and awaits an investigation.

Chairman Kuznetsov, citing medical leave, requested dismissal from his post as administrator of «soyjak.party». On 17 May, the Central Committee approved an emergency resolution which granted Kuznetsov leave from his position.
