@kaguya Meet @Deleted User, one of the applicants from the 'party. He is the one whos email application I forwarded to you. He expressed interest not just in the 'party but in kolyma as a whole. I already put him in a moderation position on the kolyma server and #kolyma irc chat since it was getting raided, and just wanted you two to meet
I have been more active at moderational parts of the sites I am responsible for these days rather than Kolyma's interiors, but they're closely connected too. Most of Kolyma's userbase come from the BBSes we run.
Though the biggest active site is soyjak.party so it seem to have more influence on chat rooms recently
I see. I know kuz eventually plans to move on from moderating the sites himself. Is the intention to hand that side of operations over to you completely, or are you looking for more hands to help run things?
Soyjak party in particular doesn't interest me much as kuz said, but I also can't have too much on my plate that would prevent me from being as dedicated to the part I am responsible of. That's why kuz wants to have an hierarchy and multiple overseers in Kolyma
He wrote about it more detailed at some point, but it may be slightly outdated now
And I agree. When I worked in Iceland it was a 2-man team for the community of 50k players of the game we were developing, and my boss was simultaneously the head Game Designer and Community Manager.

Its a lot of work for you to be running the company and then filling in as the head mod of sorts for the site.
You may find kolyma is unlike any company previously worked before. Well.. I dont know how to put it. Its not casual really, but its not stiflingly proffessional.
And most of users are fairly young too, exclusing gurochan (which is very diverse) whenever users hold polls, majority is late 10s/early 20s
I don't know better about soyjak party, but they seem equally young too
I make a decent amount in the state I live in, but its difficult to juggle my bills and then her chemotherapy bills after that, so I find myself looking for work every now and again.

Last year I had 3 jobs, then I got out of the military and Solid Clouds decided to go with a German instead of me due to issues scheduling meetings, and then I was left working one part time job at XPO Logistics.
1:55 AM
Since then I've managed my way into full-time and I'm being training to work as a Supervisor for my shift, but its still $3 a day for lunch.

I like to work and it seems a waste to not use the skillset I have in, hence my application.

The semi-professional setting will be great though. I'm tired of having to wear a uniform everywhere.
Good.. good. Once I finish my organization, I am going to interview a bunch of people whove been waiting, and try to make some resources that define what exactly is being done so everyone knows

I will get to you sooner or later. For now we can simply focus on the 'party together, but bigger things lie in wait
