Easiest ways to lose weight? Personally I've started to eat less (also never ate breakfast) and I've seen some small results over about two months. What more can be done? inb4

Also what do 'teens think of aesthetics? For me, big muscles all over look bad. Especially on legs and midsection. Men look best with slightly more mass up top or as balanced and slender. 2nd pic is what I mean, probably isn't controversial to say these guys aren't good looking.

Plant Protein is worse for you than animal protein. Your body takes much more time to digest plant protein than animal protein due to high amounts of fiberous materials and tannins in nut/plants. This also reduces the amount of protein properly absorbed. In conlusion, eat more animal products: Eggs, meat, dairy, whey, etc… and be sure to eat roughly 0.8 to 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight for optimal muscle growth. Eat around every 2 hours when bulking as well, which is the approximate amount of time it takes a healthy person to digest protein. Be sure to consult your doctor if you are concerned amount cholesterol intake or any other possible dietary issues that may arise.

You can eat from both and be fine be eat eating veggies, nuts and animal products so long it comes from a natural source. Problem lies that most of the food which are in stores are either highly processed or high in sugar content. Second taking supplements such as multivitamins do not necessarily spike up nutrition inside your body because of bio availability; that's why they always tell you to variably eat from any, be it animal products, vegetables, nuts, grains etc.
